MODERN FLOOR HEATING SYSTEMS
Underfloor heating is considered an innovation in the field of heating applications. It made its presence in the last thirty years with sophisticated techniques of application and new advanced materials. The operation of underfloor heating is based on the supplying of low temperature hot water (30-45 oC) in tubes encased in the floor. The hot water heat transfer to the Concrete's high thermal mass, surrounding the tubes and then the floor radiates heat. In this way heat is dissipated uniformly in the space achieving ideal conditions of wellness and thermal warmth in combination with the lowest operating costs.
COOLING WITH FLOOR SYSTEMS
Underfloor heating in summer can turn into underfloor cooling, simply by passing cold water in the pipe network, avoiding intensive cooling air conditioners and unhealthy cold drafts, noise and odors.
