AXIAL AIR FLOW BURNERS
The 'T' series of monobloc, axial air flow burners are designed for use with all liquid and gaseous fuels and are suitable for industrial, process, property, waste to energy, drying and wastewater treatment applications.
The burners' axial air flow produces the uniform air distribution essential to ensuring high combustion efficiency across a wide turndown range at ALL levels of firing.
The 'T' series of axial air flow burners are suitable for all applications between 80kW and 13MW. With a fully enclosed motor and fan design, the 'T' series burners are inherently quiet.
Dunphy commercial and industrial natural gas burners can be used with all types of natural gas fuels with a calorific value ranging from 3-30kW/m³. The range is suitable for use on all makes and types of natural gas heat, steam and incineration boilers, furnaces and for process applications.
Dunphy commercial and industrial light oil burners are suitable for liquid fuels up to a maximum viscosity of 5.5cSt at 40°C. The light oil range is suitable for use on all makes and types of heat, steam and incineration boilers and for process applications.
Dunphy commercial and industrial heavy oil burners are suitable for liquid fuels up to a maximum viscosity of 40cSt at 100°C. The heavy oil range is suitable for use on all makes and types of heat, steam and boilers, incinerators, furnaces and for all manufacturing process applications.
Dunphy industrial dual fuel burners combine liquid fuels up to a maximum viscosity of 40cSt at 100°C and gaseous fuels with a calorific value of 3.5kW/m³. Fuel changeover can be carried out automatically either manually or remotely via burner controls fitted in the commercial and industrial dual fuel burner range.
